You must contact us first via email within 5 to 7 days of your order arriving. We will not accept any merchandise if we are not contacted in that time frame.
Items must be returned in new, unworn, and unwashed condition. They must also be returned with their original packaging and all of its contents.
Any "sale" items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
